All you need to know about My Arizona Guide is right here! This is not your ordinary tour; our goal is to provide educational opportunities for you to explore the roads less traveled with as little environmental impact as possible. Arizona has a great history, interesting geology, and some of the most incredible relationships between the people, plants, animals, and their environment. We desire to share our enthusiasm and our vast knowledge of the many ecosystems in Arizona. We offer Half Day & Full Day tours in the Phoenix area, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Tucson, and Tombstone, and of course, all of our tours are custom private tours; it's all about you!
You Are The Boss
Your guide will pick you up at a location and time that is convenient for you. You will be escorted to remote locations of the Tonto National Forest, the fifth-largest National forest in the nation or The Grand Canyon, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.. You decide how long your tour should be by picking the activities and meal options that interest you the most. We want you to design your own custom/personal tour. What's Your Pleasure
We will take you off the beaten path to explore desert flora & fauna, geology, archaeology, minerals & mining, hiking, canyoneering, or whatever it is you want to explore. Our luxury vehicles are climate-controlled for any weather and geared up for a road trip. Travel the infamous Apache Trail or gaze at Roosevelt Lake and Phoenix from the top of Four Peaks, the most prominent feature in the eastern skyline. Spend an extra hour visiting the amazing Tonto National Monument, or let's take a short hike. Would you like to see a reptile on your journey? We can bring one along to make sure you do.
What's Included
These Arizona tours are designed, so you won't need a thing. Each vehicle has a small library of books, binoculars, Arizona Highways magazines and native music, sunscreen, premium juice and water, fresh fruits & assorted nutritional snacks. My Arizona Guide is all about education and learning about the many plants and animals found in the Sonoran Desert and their relationship with the early indigenous people. Follow along with maps to see where you are going. Your guides are passionate about the desert and can personally answer any questions you may have.
Really Cool Stuff
All tours carry with them a Treasure Box of what you can find in the Sonoran Desert, including plants, bones, fossils, minerals and gemstones, and other memorabilia. Our guides are Arizona Herpetological Association Members and sanctioned reptile specialists and would be happy to bring along some desert dwellers. We are Tonto National Forest Certified Guides and expert off-road enthusiasts.
